William Gondrez

Hello everyone. My name is William Gondrez, or Mr. Bill as everyone calls me. I am your new Preschool Paraeducator. I have been working for Aurora Public Schools since 2016, working at Hinkley High School. I spent the last 35 years working with preschool children at my church. I will be supporting and assisting the program director. I have a degree in Administration of Justice, a degree in Theology and Certified as an Early Childhood Education-Teacher Level 1 & 2. I am CPR certified and Youth Mental Health First Aid certified. I am retired from University of Colorado Hospital, United Parcel Service, and U.S. Army within the Chaplaincy Regiment. I am also a retired Hospital Chaplain. I love working and teaching with children, always have. Through my years, I had many experiences and opportunities to teach others in many different subjects throughout the world. In my later years, I discovered that my passion is teaching preschoolers. My focus is to reach children in their molding age. I love to travel, fishing, and hiking. I have three sons that are all grown up and very proud of each of them. I am excited for the new school year, meeting students and their families, assisting, and support their education for their future endeavors.

I will be supporting the Preschool program director to accomplish these tasks. My compassion and kindness for every child while teaching them is to show my love for their learning and empower them to face whatever challenges that they will encounter in their futures. I will treat each student with dignity and equity. I will figure out what motivates and inspires each student. My community needs me to do my job.
